Below is a brief explanation of the massage and energy therapies we offer to our clients:

Swedish massage relaxes muscles by applying pressure rubbing in the same direction as blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage uses gliding, kneading, and active stretching movements to increase oxygen flow releasing toxins from the muscles. It flushes tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes.

Deep Tissue massage is aimed at the deeper structures of the muscle and fascia. Deep Tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques of Swedish massage only the pressure will be more intense. Deep Tissue massage is more focused as the therapist works to release chronic muscle knots and adhesions.

LaStone Therapy (Hot and Cold Stone) massage uses water heated stones and ice cooled stones. The stones are coated with oil and feel smooth and comforting to the body. The heat of the stones softens the muscle allowing the therapist to move deeper into the muscle with less pain to the client. The cool stones remove inflammation and sooth sore muscles. A LaStone therapy session pumps the lymph system and invigorates all the bodies systems. It is a very detoxifying massage.

Sports massage works deep to eliminate toxins embedded in muscle fibers, remove adhesions, and minimize scar tissue buildup. Muscle lengthening in sports massage helps restore range of motion and overall flexibility. Sports massage is a blend of techniques of Swedish, cross-fiber friction, pressure-point work, and joint mobilization.

Trigger Point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. The results and benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain. You can experience a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment. Receiving massage with trigger point therapy on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.

Tuning Fork therapy (Acutonics) is used to correct imbalances and facilitate inner harmony and wholeness. Tuning Forks are applied to specific acupuncture points, acupressure points, trigger points, and Chakras. The sound waves of these tuning forks vibrate and travel deeply into the body reaching places not easily accessed by other modalities.

CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, light-touch method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system, the environment in which the brain and spinal cord function. The therapist evaluates adhesions and energy blocks through sensing the cranial rhythm and then releasing these blocks with very light touch.

Reiki energy therapy is a Japanese technique which promotes healing through laying hands gently on the body. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace.

Raindrop Essential Oil therapy developed by Gary Young is a powerful, non-invasive tool for moving viruses, pathogens, and inflammation lodged along the spine. This technique follows 40 years of French research applying essential oils directly on the body resulting in increased flexibility and improved immune system. This therapy is especially effective fighting colds and flues and releasing low back pain and spasms.

Chair massage is a guaranteed way to bring a positive atmosphere to any event or place of business. Massage Therapy has been shown to help work-related issues such as poor posture, carpal tunnel symptoms, and improve employee morale. Many companies and individuals have problems finding economical ways to show their employees, clients, and anyone that's important, how much they value their relationship. Chair massage is the perfect solution. Chair massage is quick, restorative massage which is received sitting fully clothed on a specially designed massage chair. Chair massage focuses on the back and upper body. Sessions are easily adjusted to business time constraints.
